1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoreRealtyTexas (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Platform Description

CoreRealtyTexas is a real estate listing aggregator that displays property data sourced from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) including ABOR, HAR, NTREIS, and SABOR, as well as third-party aggregators including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com. All data is displayed under proper Internet Data Exchange (IDX) and Virtual Office Website (VOW) licenses.

3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

All information on this Platform is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. CoreRealtyTexas does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data. Users should independently verify all property information directly with the listing broker or through personal inspection. CoreRealtyTexas shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data displayed.

4. User Accounts

Certain features (favorites, saved searches, dashboard) require user registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. CoreRealtyTexas reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Scrape, mass download, or systematically extract listing data from the Platform
Use listing data for commercial redistribution or solicitation purposes
Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without prior written authorization
Misrepresent CoreRealtyTexas data as your own or remove source attribution

6. Intellectual Property

All MLS listing data remains the property of the respective MLS and listing broker. CoreRealtyTexas branding, design, AI features, and platform code are proprietary. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view data for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Platform may include AI-generated content such as virtual tours, market insights, chat responses, and property redesigns. All AI content is clearly labeled as such and is for informational purposes only. AI-generated content does not constitute professional real estate, financial, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: CoreRealtyTexas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. CoreRealtyTexas is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external sites.

10. Modifications

CoreRealtyTexas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
